Fierce Interval Tension Training is all about keeping constant tension on the muscle working, which enables you to fully exert the muscle and truly give you the workout required to bring REAL results.

It is 30 minutes of high intensity exercises, designed to get you leaner, fitter and stronger. Our classes combine weight training and high bursts of anaerobic exercise that creates a fitness experience like no other.

All Wiz FITT classes are capped at a maximum of 12 participants to ensure intimacy between the instructor and the attendees. This way the instructor can ensure everyone is training the correct way to prevent injury and maximise results.

Yes! All levels are welcome. Every attendee is fully looked after to ensure a smooth transition into class and the Wiz FITT community.

What do I need to bring?

Please wear appropriate gym wear and bring a bottle of water with you to sip during class. Most importantly bring a smile and a positive attitude to work hard.

We suggest that you arrive 10 minutes before class begins so you can introduce yourself to the instructor and voice any concerns you may have. We also use this time to run through what's in store for that particular session and demonstrate technique and execution of each exercise.

What is the perfect number of classes to take per week?

We recommend anything from 3-4 classes per week with 2 classes as a minimum. Remember the more effort you put in the better the result. However, you should always listen to your body. If you feel run down, take some time off to rest and repair.
