Our signature group training includes a mixture of HIIT and strength & conditioning workouts to keep your sessions varied and challenging. Be coached by our expert fitness team learn how to train safe and effectively to maximise your results.

To go alongside your fitness training, we also provide tasty recipe books so that your eating habits outside of the studio are in sync with the hard work you put in when at the studio.

We understand that everyone is unique, so we undertake a thorough analysis for each one of our clients to ensure every programme is bespoke and supported with all the attributes needed for fitness success.

Online Coaching

Prefer training from home?

Train with us from home and receive expert online coaching from the Wiz Fitness Team. We can create bespoke plans for body weight training to full blown home gyms.
